REFUND POLICY

NOTE: All the products we offer are sourced directly from the official stores based in Mainland China.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at support@fairiecosmetics.com to start a return.

If your return is accepted, you shall be responsible for shipping expenses and creating the shipping label. Once we receive the item and approve the return, a refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Please be advised that you should always first request a return by contacting us before sending to-be-returned items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NOTE: All refunds and order cancellations will incur a deduction to cover the payment gateway's transaction fees.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

Please check your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issues and solve them as soon as possible.

If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without notifying us of the damage, we will not be able to process the return.

If you find the product incorrect/damaged/missing after receiving your order, please email us at support@fairiecosmetics.com.

Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. Once the return is processed, we will credit your original form of payment. Banking institutions may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at support@fairiecosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation within 24 hours after you place an order, then we will help you to cancel the order for what you want.

NOTE: Most of the time, orders cannot be canceled once placed as they are immediately sent to our logistic provider.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like fashion accessories (such as earrings, necklaces, or rings), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
